Sales Executives

JOB QUALIFICATION

- 2 years of experience.
- Knowledge and experience in sea or air freight is a real plus.
- Service oriented, high perception for customer satisfaction.

- Effectively deal directly with customers and agents.

- Experienced in building and maintaining good customer relations.

- Follow-through skills and relationship management a must.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of marketing principles.
- Strong listening skills; ability to interpret the needs of the Customer.
- Computer literate.
- Good working knowledge of computer related technology, Microsoft Office software, some database experience.
- Experience with web-based and text-based communication systems.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

- Sell shipping services, air freight & sea freight.
- Indoor & outdoor sales.
- Detection of potential customers & renewals of existing portfolios.
- Customer servicing & follow up.
- Calls on prospects to explain features of services, cost, and advantages.
- Explains shipping rates and regulations regarding wrapping, size, handling, and weight of parcels.
- Determine destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations required.
- Reviews orders for ideas to expand services available to present customers
- Calls on shipper's representatives to discuss and resolve problems.

- Develop list of prospective customers by studying business and telephone directories, consulting business associates, and observing business establishments.

- Collect and analyze customer, market and competitor information, coordinate marketing activity, improve lead generation, manage customer lists & assist with presentations and proposals.
